The Southern Territorial Property Department would like to invite you to PURE ENERGY- Facilities Planning Conference 2018. We are excited to partner with Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute and Southface Energy Institute to bring you guest speakers with cutting edge ideas to better the performance of your facility.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION FEES:

**Registration fees and accommodations will be billed to your unit after the Conference**

  • Earlybird Registration Fee: $125 (by 12/31/17) Billed to your unit after the conference.

  • Regular Registration Fee: $150 (after 01/01/18) Billed to your unit after the conference.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

All inclusive accommodations- A block of rooms are available at The Lodge and Spa at Callaway Gardens. The room rate includes your lodging, all meals beginning with Monday night's Keynote Banquet through Thursday breakfast as well as coffee breaks, conference materials and entrance into the gardens.

VENDOR INFO:

Facilities Planning Conference 2018 Vendor Expo and Networking Dinner
Tuesday September 11, 2018 2:00pm-4:00pm The Lodge and Spa at Callaway Gardens Pine Mountain, GA (about an hour south of Atlanta)

Our expo is a "Power 2 Hours" format. Attendees are given a punchcard with your company logo and must have all logos punched to be entered into a drawing for prizes. This is a great opportunity for Vendors to meet with Officers, administrative staff, and property maintenance staff, as well as other property specific decision makers from throughout the Southern Territory. Later that evening we will have a Networking Dinner. This is a casual dinner where you can continue conversations with attendees and catch up with those you have worked with in the past. On Wednesday we host an optional golf outing for those who wish to stay and play.

Vendor Expo Registration Fees:

Registration Fee: $300/company

This includes the Expo Booth fee, Networking Dinner and optional Golf Outing.

Tuesday, September 11, 2018

2:00pm-4:00pm Vendor Expo

6:30pm -8:30pm Networking Dinner

Wednesday, September 12, 2018 (optional)

1:00pm Golf Outing (shotgun start)

Booth Details:

One 6' table with two chairs and power is provided.

Please register and submit payment for your company through the button on the top right of this page. You may indicate if you plan to use the 6' table provided or if you plan to bring a pop up booth.(space is limited for pop up)

Giveaways/Prizes:
Small giveaways are encouraged and we ask that you be creative with your giveaways in
keeping with our theme! (Theme to be determined) We expect approximately 150 attendees.

Those who wish to give away a "special prize" can do so at the Networking Dinner on Tuesday night. Attendees who fill their punchcards will be entered into a drawing for all of the special prizes. You may personally hand the winner your company's prize at the dinner. Please contact Katie Baxter if you wish to donate a special prize.
